Sandals is situated in the picturesque town of St. Francis Bay, along a beautiful piece of the Eastern Cape coast and is ideal for small conferences and meetings. Sandals' conference room is well ventilated and private to ensure no distractions. Sandals conference venue can accommodate 22 delegates in boardroom style and up to 45 in theatre style. The conference centre also has an outdoor space on a large wooden deck that can comfortably seat up to 20 delegates.
 
Sandals offers standard conference equipment that includes white boards, flipcharts and overhead projector and screen. Data projectors can be hired. Free wireless facilities available in the main house.
 
The conference centre is closely situated to the main house, rooms, dining and pool areas at Sandals, but secluded enough to ensure minimal disturbance.
 
When business is concluded, enjoy the numerous outside activities that St Francis Bay has to offer. Enjoy a round of golf on the St. Francis Links Golf Course or a game of tennis, squash or bowling at one of the nearby clubs. There are also adventure activities such as bungee-jumping, canopy tours and deep sea fishing trips in the area. Our sundowner canal and river trips are a must!
 
Sandals is only 150-metres from the main beach and is in close proximity to The Village Centre where you can browse through boutique shops and relax at the many restaurants and coffee shops after the conference.
 
Sandals’ self-contained facilities and friendly surroundings will ensure all delegates are well looked after for the duration of their stay. Sandals can arrange day trips and excursions, provided prior notice is given.
